It's noon, the sun is fierce and we've only done 3233 miles

    Top Tip: Avoid the hot sun by riding through vehicle-only road tunnels. It saves on sunscreen.

    In fact, are you going to cycle back through the Channel Tunnel now?

    In the meantime, I just had a puncture on Kinglsand Road after 14 miles cruising around a quiet Sunday morning London. Damn.
